Took my beloved C-Max Hybrid lease car in for 10,000 mile checkup and they did everything possible and my charge was only $13.00. I've totally changed my opinion about bringing car to the Dealer for checkups. Guess if it ever becomes necessary I may try them for repairs, which I've never done.
An absolutely terrible experience, I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
Totally caught them trying to rip me off for $1500 of rebate money. Kept calling me to say they would buy me out of my lease early, so when I went in and took them up on it they tried to charge me $1500 of my $4000 rebate to cover my remaining lease. Ahhh excuse me it's a ford buy out not a me buy out. I caught this and they just looked at the ground and kicked the dirt. Of course they waived my buy out after this. Thieves, plain and simple.
