I called the Body Shop to see if my 2015 F150 pick up could be repaired: broken rear window, lamp fixture, tailgate handle and dent/bulge in the rear roof. Not a problem said manager. Brought it in on Wed. Jan.3rd and Dominic, Mgr. said parts were available and gave the quote. Could be ready next day - didn’t believe it. He called next day - parts not in, but should be ready Fri. Took my car in for waranty work and they messed it up when it worked fine before, when I took it back in to correct their work they said their work was good and it works fine, but the part they messed up is still broken and they won't fix it. I talked to a mechanic that verified it was the bad part they put in but they won't correct it. No one should trust them with service for anything.
I got excellent service. Not only did it take less time than quoted, but the best deal on my tires anywhere.even saved 30.00 more. Eric my service guy rocked it.

I want to thank Nathan Boltin(sp) in service. He comes off all business but is a teddy bear at heart. I hope this guy gets a raise soon.
I just bought a 2018 crew cab F150 to replace my 2003 F150 Heritage edition. Kevin Kobak has been our salesman for about 25 years with mini vans ,a Flex and Explorers. He is always helpful and courteous. I would recommend him to any body.
