Another new Forester . Ontario Subaru is great to work with
Dealer failed to acknowledge the melting headlight housing on my 2018 STI and refused to warranty them because they said it was normal and part of the design. If you own a 2018 STI or Limited WRX check inside your headlights for melting. I'm truly disappointed in how they failed to acknowledge it as a problem. Not only is this a design flaw, but a safety and fire hazard. This dealer completely disregards one's personal safety on the road, which is sad because Subaru is all about being safe.

Vince was nothing but helpful while we shopped around for our new Outback. He responded to every email about the car and made every effort to beat out other competitors on price and incentives. Michael in the finance department was informative and clear on extra warranties but never made us feel like he was pressuring us into anything that wouldn’t otherwise benefit us. Highly recommend.

Just got a oil change. They took great care of me and the car. Compared to Chrysler which right next store and sucks. Chrysler actually lost me car one time.

Just got my Subaru Forrester. Bryan Johnson was a huge help. I highly recommend this dealership. One phone call and 30 minutes in finance and i was done.
