We drove from Las Vegas to visit this dealership to look at one of their vehicles. Daniel Tajingwa was the salesman and was very helpful throughout the process (the only reason this is not a 1 star review). After driving over 300 miles, we arrive at the dealership only to find they had lost the key. We waited for over 3 hours for them to attempt to find the key or program a replacement key at least to test drive the vehicle. My wife, son, and I went to Subaru of Ontario knowing what we wanted and what we were prepared to pay. Our salesman Marc Contreras was the easiest and friendliest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There was no haggling or “4square” games I’m so used to dealing with at other establishments. Marc has gained a customer for life and I’m so thoroughly impressed with everyone we came into contact with. I at least recommend the sales department 100%.
If you care about your car and keeping it nice than STAY AWAY from these guys! This is the 3rd time that they damaged or lied about the car!
After an unfortunate incident with my previous Outback, I needed a new car and went to Subaru of Ontario. I spoke with Adrian and he was so helpful and we made arrangements to come and see him the following day. He greeted me at the door and then we found out he came in on his off day. To me that is above and beyond customer service. He was friendly and made sure I was happy with my purchase and made the whole car buying experience smooth. I would highly recommend Adrian! Every time I bring a vehicle in for service they treat me like they would prefer me to use another dealership. The only reason I come here is because it’s closest to my work. Service is terrible about answering phones or calling back.
this is by far the worst subura, dealership, parts department . I have ever to deal with. the parts department is horrible. can't ever get a responds back from them. or get you vehicle serviced. his place makes you lose faith in subura and how they handle situations. make sure to read all reviews from google and yelp before coming to this location.
