I just did a Yelp review on Subaru. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. On Tuesday, I had an appointment at 12:00 for recall service. I got there at 11:45. They were obviously very busy. After about 10 minutes, someone came to my car and had me fill out a form. I left my keys and waited inside. When I made the appointment, they said it would take about an hour. I’ve been in the market for almost a year now. And as a customer I’ve been scared to go in and talk to sales just because of experiences I’ve had in the past. So recently I’ve been pushing hard to get a new car and put in an inquiry for about 5 local dealers. One called me and I asked about pricing. That dealer said “we can’t give pricing over the phone cause we can lose a sale over a few bucks” hung up on him cause I knew that dealer was no good.
