RecommendedGreat service, had the 30,000 mile service. It was done quickly and I was on my way. Representatives are friendly and courteous. The cashier laughed at my jokes.

I had the most amazing experience at Subaru of Ontario! I had Rocky as my car salesman and I couldn't be any more thankful for that because he was truly a blessing. He was very understanding of my lack of stick shift abilities and took the time to give me some tips and lessons during our test drive of the brand new 2019 Impreza WRX. I bought my first Subaru through Bryan. He was very informative and very helpful, without being pushy! He explained how a lease works, and after found more research,it just made sense! I'm a Honda gurl, but the more I learned about Subarus, the more I was sold! The dealership is small, which allows for more personal attention. They sell a quality car that pretty much sells itself so it's not a difficult decision. Bryan is a super guy to work with! Even my mom liked him!👍
Look at the messenger comments. Terrible dealership, lied to us and then sent e-mail stating they were sorry that we couldn't make the appointment. We were there, car I wanted was already sold to someone else. Will be contacting corporate about this horrible experience.
My wife purchased her outback within the past year. I took it in for 12000 mile service and they were fantastic. I made an appointment, but showed up at 0700 and was out about 8. Great service.
