I just went for the first time to have my Outback serviced. I arrive for my appointment and was shown right in.. The service manager answered my questions and showed me around the building as this was my first time. They served Starbucks coffee and serviced my. are in the time frame quoted. What more could I ask for?
We have had 4 previous Outbacks, & wanted a new 2019. Since we like the Premium model, but not a ton of extras, we ordered exactly the model, color, & interior we liked thru Aaron Brown in Internet Sales. He gave us an out-the-door price, ordered the car, & kept us posted on it's arrival date. We got exactly what we wanted with no haggling or fuss. This is the 2nd Outback Aaron has helped us purchase. No hidden anything, just what we asked for, at the promised price. Perfect!

Wow! This delearship took beyond the norm to ensure I understood every aspect of a car sale. Their excellent teamwork within general manager, sales and finance was low key, actually seamless, with NO high pressure to make a sale or the back and forth dealing. They spent all the time needed to ensure I was happy and understood my purchase. I ❤️ my Subbie upgrade and know (from my 2006 Subaru 2.5i GT maintenance repairs) I’ll receive excellent service, as needed, for my new wheels. Sal in service is a good dude. Guys did a good job on my oil change. Had no appointment, got right in. Fast, but NOT rushed. shop is clean and organized.
