I went in to test drive the crostrek. Francisco was very helpful there. Answer all my questions and concerns. Bought it, love it. I hope they deliver everything that was promised and what is in the contract .

I drive from Orange County to bring my two Subarus to Subaru of Ontario. The sales staff and service staff are professional and down to earth. Although many of the staff are excellent, I would like to highlight Brittanie is Sales and Matt in Service. Both go out of their way to make my Subaru experience Five Star!

I made an appointment with Pedro the day before so when I walked in he was expecting me. He was professional but also down to earth, funny, informative and seemed to be as excited as I was to be looking at the Outback. He took time looking at every color combination so I could see exactly which car I wanted. Went to the Dealership yesterday and had a good experience. Set an appointment for 60k service. My manual (2015 impreza) specifies spark plug change at 60k miles in addition to oil/brake fluid/etc. Was advised by dealership spark plug change not included even though they advertise 60k service for ~$400. True price for 60k service is ~$700. When asked why it costs $300 to change spark plugs, was advised by service advisor they need to "jack the engine up to change the spark plugs". Looked it up online, seems to be a total lie. Beware.

I spoke with Stewart (our master tech) and he told me the following The job can be done without lifting the engine. Our guys do lift the engine to create more room for the job.
