I just had my first oil change done at 7000 miles. It was fast and done in a timely manner. Thank you subaru of Ontario.

I brought my car in for a 12 month service, and was told it would take about 90 minutes. 150 minutes later they had not started the work on my car. It ended up taking more than 4 hours. The same thing happened when I brought my car in for the 6 month service, only that time it took about 5 hours. That is a long time to wait for an oil change.

Let me first say I absolutely love my Subaru Crostrek! I've never felt so safe as I do in this car. Francisco Perez took great care of us through the buying process. I went in considering different models and he took so much time with us. Even when I went back to get a couple accessories for my car, Francisco took the time to help me. The sales staff is great. The service department sucks. Every time I go in for service it takes them way to long to do repairs anyplace else (except a dealership) to do the same job. That's why all my out of warranty work goes some where else.

Leased a legacy from them! Gave me a great deal. Love that the kids had things to do while we were going through finance. Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer questions. I really like how they have Subaru nights where you can go answer questions. Met a legacy owner there that gave me first hand opinions of the car while I was waiting for the offer. Would recommend!
