Rocky and his manager (forget his name sorry) made our experience well worth it. The finance department was fantastic having prepared all the paperwork before we even sat down, all because he found that our baby wasn't feeling good and wanted to expedite our process. That my friends makes me come back to buy more cars. When you have the salesmen who didn't push even once, and makes the whole process seamless, you had my attention. Now the owner of the WR Blue Wrx Sti I couldn't be happier.

Great service in a timely manner except they had a hard time finding the tire they had ordered for me, it turned out that someone had moved it and soon it was found. Worked out fine!
I have always had the greatest service from Subaru of Ontario. They are courteous and efficient and explain carefully what they are going to do, what they have done and why. My only regret is that they don't have a shuttle, which means I have to wait for the car or arrange a ride. I bought my first Subaru there and have never had buyer's remorse, either for the car or the treatment I received. I have gone there for my cars and service ever since.

I had probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Amber, Aaron, and the used car manager, whose name I don't remember, took very good care of me. I went in with very specific parameters on what I could spend. When I first talked with them, they said they thought they could get me in the car I liked for what I had to pay. I bought my Forester here two years ago--a very positive experience. I've had two minor services done here without a problem. I had an appt for the one last week and was driving off the lot in under 40 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I have been to Subaru of Ontario three times. First time was when we bought our 2017 Outback. We got a great deal on our trade in and the Outback had all the features we wanted. We had worked most of the deal out online, so the actual face-to-face was very quick and easy. My second and third time in were for the 6K service. The first 6K we had an appointment time and we were in and out in about 45 minutes. The last 6K I went in without an appointment and I was out in less than an hour. Took my 2017 forester in for my 3rd service, and had my best experience so far with the service department. Marvin met me at my car, and brought all the paperwork to me in the waiting room. This was nice since I had my 4 and a half month old son with me. They had my service done in 30 minutes, which was record timing. Thanks Marvin!

I took my car in to have the air filters checked after driving through a 200+ mile dust storm the day before. When I brought my car in, there were two other cars waiting to be serviced. I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. Great work and done fairly quickly - thank you! :)
