I had a training today in Houston TX with Chad Busch and he was AwEsOme!!! He kept us laughing and entertained while teaching us about out products! I HATE public speaking but he made me want to participate and get up in front if the class and do role plays and everything! It was so much fun!!!

Great training, being a new team lead John and his presentation gave me a great idea of what to expect, look for, and improve not only myself but the environment in which I work.
