I stopped in from Phoenix and really couldn't ever find a box outside of mine own that had a great community. I've been to several boxes and just haven't gotten that family feel. That changed. Walked into Strong and was greeted by 3 different coaches who set me up and explained the strength and broke down the steps for me. Great set up, community and loved getting my ass kicked w the rope climbs and assault bikes. Thanks guys!
I travel and work in Dallas once a month and now stay in Addison just so I can drop in at this box! Very nice, friendly and welcoming people in the 6:30am and coaches that still give you attention even though you are just a drop in from another state ���
