I was in Dallas visiting family over Christmas break and dropped in at CrossFit Strong a few times!! Wow, what a fun place to work out!! The coaches and members were very friendly, the WOD's were gnarly, I learned some stuff and I even got to bang on the PR gong!!!! This place is great!!!

I was in town from Washington State for a week of work. I decided to drop in a few times at Crossfit Strong. Gale and his coaches were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Thanks for the great workouts! Oh, and they have a killer selection of T-shirts too :)
