LOVE this place! If you would have told me a few months ago that I would be waking up at 4:30am every morning to head to the 5:30am class, I would have thought you were crazy. I had the pleasure of taking my CF-L1 at this box. I was so impressed by how warm and friendly the Coaches were! Abi and Gale were able to impart some really great knowledge on how I could improve my technique, while keeping it fun! This is a box that will challenge the expert level athelete, but also feel safe for the person who is out of shape, and just looking to start their fitness journey!! Definitely check them out when you are in the area!
