My wife and I got our CF-L1 certificate training here. Gale and the CrossFit training staff were very thorough and informative. They conveyed CrossFit methodology in a concise and easy to understand way. Their attention to detail was excellent. The experience was a total pleasure. Great coaches from which to learn.

My very first Crossfit experience was at Strong. Although I didn't become a member of the Strong family, I've being doing Crossfit (and some Oly) for four years. I appreciate Gale for laying down the reality that if I could spend $100 + bucks for non essentials then I needed to invest that money in my long term health. Now that my favorite seminar coach works there A.D. I'm sure they are even more of a force to be reckoned with. Great box.
