I messaged Strong Fitness Dallas and they responded almost immediately and sent me the link for their waiver. I asked for help on the schedule and they provided it. And when I showed up for the 5:30am class, Taylor was the coach and she was fantastic. I highly recommend this box and I will be returning myself. Thank you and stay strong!!!
