Dropped in on a recent trip to Dallas. The coaches were so welcoming and outgoing ams most of all, knowledgable! They gave me tips throughout the WOD and even homework to take back to Iowa with me. I will definitely be back and recommend this box to anyone passing through. Thanks for having me guys!
