Was visiting out of town & had to crossfit while away from my regular box. CrossFit Strong had a great staff. Class was large but had multiple instructors watching form & giving direction to all participants. Regulars of the box were so welcoming!
Excellent facility, skilled coaches with kind people. I'm here for job training and just knocked out my first WOD this evening. I'll absolutely be back.
