These guys will kick your butt in a way you wouldn't believe was possible, but you'll come back for more
Drop by twice while I was in town. Great Box, super coach and cool crossfitter. Love it. I would definitely go back when I am in town.
RecommendedIt was my first drop in experience so I was a little nervous at first but Gale and others welcomed me in right away. I was in awe of the massively huge facility. Definitely will come back here if I ever make it back to the Big D!

This place is a great workout but an even better community!
Being able to workout everyday and get stronger is great, but being able to do it with people that have become like family is the best feeling in the world! This is where you come to learn olympic style lifts the safe/right way, push yourself to the limits, and leave completely amazed by the amount of work you just did. I love being here so much that I was once told that I was over-training because I came to the box everyday. If I don't go, my day feels off.
