What is the point in making an appointment if you don’t do the work when the appointment is. Had an appointment today for 3 hr recall item at 10am was there about half an hour early. Call at 2pm told it wouldn’t be ready until 330 or 345 so been sitting on my truck for over 2 hours. Don’t think that will ever do business with them again.

Terrible service, I brought my vehicle in to get the spark plugs changed out and they advised that wasn't the issue, I spent over a thousand in repairs and suprise suprise it was the spark plugs that were the issue. They did not help me fix the issue either when brought to managements attention. Crazy that someone who doesn't specialize in this field could figure out the issue from the beginning but they missed it?
On a Saturday, my wife and I were passing through Des Moines, IA and stopped to see the Capitol building. As we are getting ready to leave I noticed an issue with the front tire on our RV. I called Stivers Ford and spoke to Michael Runyan, the Manager on duty. He told me to come by so his team can check out the problem. When we arrived a technician took the vehicle right away and changed the tire. Then I wanted to pay but was told that there isn’t a charge. Drove 4 1/2 hours, one-way, to purchase a 2020 Ford Explorer at Stivers, and I'm glad I did. Kyle Gall was as helpful as you could ask for, and the entire transaction was smooth and easy. The follow-up to resolve a couple of minimal issues has been solid and reassuring, as well. Highly recommend Stivers and Kyle!!

We were on the road three hours and the truck started acting up at 5:15 on a Friday night. This service shop is open until midnight! They fixed the problem and we are back on the road. Unbelievably nice people and reasonably priced. We will be buying our next vehicle from Stivers Ford. Nicest dealership and service shop we have ever had work done!! Even texted us with updates. Thank you for everything!
