Absolutely do not go with Stivers. They sold me a car that made my payment double. Not only that but sold me a “warranty” did not explain to me that I would have a deductible or that the deductible is $250. I have had nothing but issues with this car in the 3 months I’ve had it. Absolutely one of the worst cars I’ve ever had. I’ve called several times to talk to anyone and all I get is tossed around and never get a call back. Absolutely worst service ever.
I bought a vehicle from Stivers never again customer service is non existent in this dealership they do not have my dealer for life they have the my dealer never again thing going on here it is a terrible dealership

The customer service at Stivers is the best! I was in an accident and had my truck towed to Stivers, I hadn’t called ahead to tell them. As soon as it was dropped off they called me to make sure I was ok. The truck was totaled they had me in a new truck within 36 hours!! They are the best!
