Did the up front leg-work pretty much via text, came in to meet with sales person, he had already "pre-selected" exactly the car we were looking for. Quick test drive, respectful price negotiation, owned the car less than an hour later. High marks for Stivers Ford!

Today, my battery was dead and I needed a new one. I called at 7am, two of the sweetest gentlemen were at my home by 9am, jumped it, drove it to the dealership for the battery replacement, and brought it back to me by 12:30pm, all for the price of the battery.
