Do NOT buy a vehicle through Stivers Ford! This has been the worst experience we have ever had in buying a vehicle. We are from out of state and decided to buy a 2020 Lincoln Aviator on 9/25. As of today we are STILL dealing with it. We drove 2.5 hours to purchase what we thought was a brand new car. Upon trying to be rushed to go directly sign the paperwork we requested to see the car to make sure it was up to our standard. I am disgusted with how this dealership was going t...Continue Reading

We are so so sorry for your experience with this purchase. Our out of state title vendor experienced significant delays in processing title work this past year, and your particular paperwork was the most problematic for them. Although this doesnt improve your experience, be assured that we do not "pocket" anyones money. Your checks for reimbursement were signed by ownership on 12-21-20, and placed in the mail. Again, our apologies for our failure to better resolve the problem.
