bought 2021 Corsair having trouble with it but they will not service it until April 30., this is the 13th. Are you kidding me?? This was an expensive car but cannot get service for 3 weeks!!!

One of several reviews I will leave on multiple websites about my poor service from Josh Knudson. I had stopped in to look at a used vehicle and it was in service. I asked to start it and was told I couldn’t do that or drive it until service was done. I was also told by Josh that I would be first on the list for this vehicle once service was completed. Top-notch service...again! We took Dora (our Explorer) into the shop for an oil change and recall. I mentioned to them how my daughter lost one of my Air Pods on vacation last week and how we could hear it trapped inside the seatbelt covering of the back row seat. They had a very nice loaner vehicle ready when I arrived. Hours later, Renee called to tell me that not only was the oil changed and the recall completed, but they also retrieved our missing Air Pod! The service team made my experience HORRIBLE. -The service team made us an appointment & when the car was brought in there was no recollection of the appointment. -My car was at the dealership for 3 weeks with no communication. I would call and get sent straight to voicemail. -They told me I had a 5 year warranty when I really had a 6 year warranty. -They had no history of my warranty - I had to bring them my copy of it. -They worked on my car WITHOUT my permission - verbal or written.
