I had a GREAT experience at Stivers Ford Lincoln. Spencer Bouma was the one who sold me on my 2016 Ford Edge. He was great to work with and was really passionate about making sure I was happy with my purchase. He made sure my vehicle was spotless before I left with it and also made sure I knew how to work all the technology in my new car. He made sure I was well taken care of. Brought our truck in for what we were pretty sure was an easy fix. They called us a few days later and quoted us $7995.00 out the door. I went in to look at a Ford Raptor and was told unless I was willing to make a deposit I wouldn’t be able to test drive it. I have never once been told I need to buy a vehicle to test drive it, and I have never looked at a vehicle without the means to buy it. Without test driving something how would I ever know if I want to make a deposit.
