Love the sales team! I knew exactly what i wanted going in and Kyle, Kit and the rest of the sales team made it happen. I was replacing a Ford Escape that had been totaled (my first one was the 2013 Escape purchased from Stivers as well). I had limited time to work with and wanted my vehicle replaced with one exactly like it. The staff were friendly and interested in serving us. They met our vehicle needs made suggestions without making us feel pressured.
Our salesperson was very attentive to our needs. She was very busy with another sale but kept in touch with us.
At first coming into Stivers I was not impressed because they tried to put me in a smaller vehicle than what I was looking for. Then I traveled the two hours back home and they called me two days later saying I was approved for the smaller car, and I said no. Then moments later I was approved for a BRAND NEW FORD FUSION! I am extremely satisfied, and am super happy with my car! Thanks Chad, Riley, and Rick ☺️
