RecommendedPurchasing a new car was never easier than it was at Stivers Ford. No need to haggle over price. I was offered a great deal right from the start (despite having a not so good credit score). Customer service was outstanding!! I would not hesitate to return to Stivers when the need arises.
RecommendedOne of the worst things that can happen is to have your check engine light come on the afternoon before you make a drive home to Texas. I stopped at the service department around 3 pm. It was recommended that I return after 4 to discuss with the night advisor. I returned at 4:15 and dropped off my truck. Steve was fantastic. He kept me informed every step of the way. Yesterday we went to look at cars because my lease was up on my Edge. We worked with Kyle Gall and he did an excellent job. I’m very picky and he worked hard to find me a car that I would love and be happy with. I was very anxious about getting a new car and working out the payments and everyone we worked with yesterday made it easy! RecommendedI found a Dodge Nitro listed online at Stiver's. I inquired about it and less than 10 minutes later I got a call from Gary. He was very nice and informative about the vehicle. I went and test drove it and we sat down and took care of everything. Matt was the sales manager that took care of me. He was also very nice and helpful. They worked with me on pricing.
