Stivers sold a defective ford to my close friends. After multiple failed attempts to fix the electronic issues that popped the day after they bought it, Stivers refused to take the car back but offered to allow them to trade the vehicle in at thousands under what they purchased it for just a few days ago. We are from OK but in town to visit family and attend a college graduation. While in town, the Waukee Auto car wash (right next to Stiver Ford) tore my driver side mirror off my 2018 F150 on Thursday (May 17). Anthony in the Body Shop dept at Stiver Ford was able to have my new mirror overnighted from KC and had my truck repaired first thing Friday as we needed to leave town. Thank you Stiver Team for acting quickly to get me repaired and back on the road safely.
