Tried to get in three times to get my oil changed into the “quick lane.” Customer service was subpar, unsympathetic, and unapologetic. Will not be back. I have also had several other bad experiences with the service center. Will not be leasing or purchasing anymore vehicles from Stivers. Get your shit together.
I had my oil changed and then a few days later as I am driving down a very busy interstate the shield that has to be removed to change the oil started falling off. Terrible noise and cars all around me pointing and motioning that the bottom of my car was falling off. Thankfully I was close to a service station that could fix it for me the next day.
Worst service ever.... Dropped car off last night for a 10am appointment today, they called me at 830am this morning letting me know they had the car. So we are, almost 3pm and we stopped in to see how it was coming along. They have even looked at the car. So tell me this, why, why, why do you even have us make appointments? Shitty Service in my book....
Appreciate the support for our non profit The Legacy of Christopher Allsup Foundation. Stiver's is helping us raise awareness of the dangers of gas cans without flame arrestors. With their help we can exchange dangerous gas cans with a safer version, for free, at our annual gas can exchange each June. Thank you Stiver's!!
250.00 dollars an hour to replace antenna cable worked on it for an hour and a half final bill 506.00 rep off was shady business won’t go there again and I will tell everyone about it. Rodney Sheely
RecommendedSpencer was the least pushy Salesperson. He did a great job listening. I knew exactly want I wanted and he guided me to the perfect match.

Thank you to Chad for getting me into literally the PERFECT vehicle! He took about 10 min with me first before showing me cars, to see what I was wanting in my vehicle and how much I wanted to spend! And literally the first and only car I looked at, is what I purchased!! Matt in finance was also amazing! Literally THE BEST car buying experience I’ve EVER had!!!!
