Michelle, our sales rep, was awesome! She listened to our needs and picked out the perfect car for us. Then she spent loads of time to go over everything with us, even though there was a snowstorm raging the entire time we were there. The finance dept was also very friendly and cooperative. Things were completed in a timely manner and everything was explained in detail. We have been repeat customers of Stivers for many years and will continue to do so in the future.
