My experience here was completely shady. I brought a truck in needing engine work and unfortunately resulted in a new vehicle. As part of the trade agreement I agreed to pay $400 to have the engine in my old truck put back together before Stivers sold it to a wholesale dealer. A couple days after picking up my new truck I returned to get floor mats the dealership ordered for the new truck. In 2013 I bought a 2013 Lincoln and had problems from the very beginning and I learned vey quickly that the best way to deal with Stivers was to call Lincolns customer service.They will act very quickly on your situation and in turn Stivers will take care of the problem.I do not rec them but if you do buy a lincoln from them besure you have Lincolns 800 number as you will need it. I am driving to South Dakota evening so I took the day off work and made an appointment to bring my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and to check out a door lock that wasn’t working. I was told it would take about 90 minutes. I came back 2 hours later and they hadn’t even started working on it! What BS service. Now I am at a quick lube getting it done before I leave town. This was on the first vehicle I ever bought there. I can promise I will never buy another one there.
