I changed oil for my vehicle at Stivers. It was quick and precise, staff were polite and helpful. This place is recommended.

We brought our Thor Gemini in to have a particulate filter installed. We were first told that the part would be in Friday morning, June 2nd, and installed. Then we were told that the part would not be in until Monday, June 5th, and the mechanic that would install the part would be in to install it Monday evening. They were very professional and courteous, we made a long drive to Waukee and it was the best experience we ever had buying a car. No pressure, willing to negotiate, and very friendly staff. Our salesman Spencer was great, and everyone treated us with respect. If we're in the market for another vehicle, we would definitely make the trip to Stivers Ford again.
I am sorry to say that my experience with Ford was very negative and the Stivers staff didn't help. I had leased a Ford Focus. My car had several recalls that had to be addressed and yet the issues continued. I was told it was the way the car was made...well duh! I was treated with tolerance, barely, and not with value as a customer. I'll not buy a Ford again and will certainly not refer anyone to Stivers.
No other place I could imagine myself at. Great facility, awesome leaders and of course a great product.
