I would like to thank everyone we came in contact with today! We called at 10am with a broken air suspension compressor, informed them we were from out of town and on our way back to NC. We were told they would be happy to look at the problem, and fix today if the parts were in. It is 1:30p, and we are on our way home! We could not have asked for better service, thank you!!!
Update: after speaking to the sales manager, he made everything right, upheld the original deal with added floor mats, apologized profusely, and will be delivering our explorer tomorrow. Thank you for doing everything to help us and make the situation right! Where do I even begin? These guys are great they worked with my ex wife and her Credit is horrible and mine is really good so obviously I didn't feel like helping her out I learned that lesson before that's why she's the ex. They got her a great deal on a 12 Focus and she couldn't be happier. I'm really happy I didn't have to help either. Thanks guys.
The people there were extremely nice and really had our interest at heart. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for, but they didn't pressure us and we would definitely go back to look for our next vehicle. We never felt we were being "sold" to. It really felt like they wanted to fit us with OUR interests.
We were recommended to stivers from a friend. Stivers listened to our needs and wants, and came back to us with info on vehicles that were in our budget. It's an honest place you can trust.
We have now purchased 2 cars through Stivers in the past 3 years. One was a previously owned Ford F-150 and most recently a Ford Explorer. We have had nothing but great service, follow up, and maintenance with our purchases. Thank you Stivers! We will continue to purchase our vehicles from you.
Decided we weren't quite ready to purchase, but overall the staff was helpful, not pushy and let us look around without feeling pressured. I would go back and take another look once we're truly ready to buy.
I have to agree with Roy, I have never done a review on Facebook before but I was so frustrated with our experience with Riley that I have to mention it. He clearly did not care about us finding the right vehicle, and had zero people skills. He was immature, made inappropriate comments, and I was nearly in tears from frustration as we left. We will not be back. His lack of common sense and false arrogance are truly disheartening.
