I bought a ford fusion from Riley at Stivers 2 years ago, he was great and I got a good deal. Just never use their service department, not ever. They wanted to charge me $240 for lug nuts that they ruined when I had my tires rotated and oil changed,. Not sure how you ruin lug nuts. I was told they would take care of it next time. When I went back after leaving a bad review, they still charged me to replace the lug nuts and charged me an extra $200 without my approval. I've bought 2 trucks there and my dad just bought a truck there also. All 3 purchases went through Spencer. Great guy to deal with. Straight forward and more personable than most salesman. I will be back and recommend anybody shopping atleast stop by and talk to these people.
