My daughter recently bought a new Expedition from Stivers. It has been in the shop 4 times. She needed a big SUV while Stivers worked on it because of car pooling. They offered her a small vehicle instead. She insisted she had to have a large SUV. Finally they came through. Today she took it back in because of the air conditioning. They weren’t sure what was wrong so again she had to leave it. They gave her a very small car to use in the meantime. I purchased my 2019 Escape over Memorial Day. Although it was a holiday I found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Andrew and Kit had everything lined up for me before I got to Stivers. All I had to do was test drive my car and sign papers. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I love my new Escape, and I will recommend Stivers to friends and family.
