We took the car in for repairs from a minor accident. We were told they would need the car for 3-4 days. Day 4 we received a call that it was done. The car looked beautiful. They had cleaned the whole car, tires too. We are very happy. The paint matches perfectly. If we ever need any repairs again, I would not hesitate to go there again.

The internet is a wonderful thing. When my heat would not come on and felt like a/c a few times, my husband googled it. There is apparently a switch behind the glove box that goes bad frequently (replacement around $75) in my make and model Jeep. We take it in and said husband tells them he thinks that is what's wrong. They dismissed him with a curt "we'll run diagnostics on it". The people at Stetler dodge /West York Repair were very easy to deal with and completed a beautiful job on my Truck. It was completed in less time than expected and the paint job was emaculate. This painter should be commended.
They suck !!!!! All they do is take guesses at fixing vehicle and keep taking your money pay the bill. When that doesn't fix it they take more guesses and more money !
