I had a lot of hoops to jump through, & they stayed patient with me & helped me in every way possible throughout the whole thing. Got the car I love & it's working fine so far, great group of people here, very helpful & nice.
Took my 2006 Jeep Commander in for service as the transmission wasn't working well in the lower gears. They kept me informed every step of the way, as they diagnosed the problem and worked step by step to fix it - they provided cost and time estimates as well. They fixed it in the amount of time estimated and for much less $ than estimated - and even took care of a couple little recall items in the process. The service desk personnel were knowledgeable and professional. I'll go back.
If i could give them less then one star i would! My father who is almost 60 years old came there to buy his one dream car, a dodge challenger, ended up getting screwed over! They sold us a car with horrible rotors and now as they are suppose to have an inspection done they are charging him almost 1000 dollars to get these fixed. They told us it isn't covered under warranty when it hasn't even been a full year since he has bought the car! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone will know about this! I recently bought a 2016 Dodge Dart from Stetler Dodge. I had a great experience my salesmen Brian helped every way he could to get me approved for it. And also set up my blue tooth audio for my car. I would recommend anyone who needs or wants a new car to go see him at Stetler Dodge.
I bought a 2011 dodge journey there, 4 months ago. I bought the bumper to bumper warranty until 2017. I've had my vehicle there a few times since for issues and the service team is horrible. Very bad customer service. For the amount of money I pay for my car, you would think they would like to keep customers happy. I am glad my warranty can be taken to another dodge dealership who I'm sure will have better service.
Sales team was awesome, put more time into making a deal than any other dealer I visited. Finance Dept was also very nice/easy to deal with
