I bought my Car new there five years ago. Every time it needed any kind of service I have used this establishment. Yet last week when I called to schedule a state inspection a full two weeks in advance I am told, by a rather arrogant young lady, that they are booked full. I guess they are too busy to see me. When I get my next car it won't be from them.

My wife brought our 2016 Jeep Renegade in for an engine light. Chris from the service department was great with the help he gave. They diagnosed it as an issue that sometimes corrects itself so they reset the light and told us if it comes back on call right away and they will schedule us for a repair. The light came back on and my wife called and left a message for Chris. He got back to her right away and scheduled the appointment. Great response! She had the car washed there also - hand washed, great job!
I absolutely love it at Stetler. We bought a 2015 Chrysler 200. Love their warranty. My car goes to them for everything. I will definitely buy from them again. Everyone is always nice when I'm there and quick to help and ask if I need help.
My car was in for inspections, tire rotation, oil change and firmware updates. I waited at dealership and they were within in ten minutes of quoted 1 1/2 hour estimate. No fuss no muss.
