Service dept great as usual. Was only an oil change, but the also helped me find the leak in my washer hose,.....now my windows are clean again lol. Thanks Stetler!!
I have had nothing but good experiences. From buying a Jeep to having my Jeep serviced, top notch service and everyone has always been professional with me. I have bought 2 cars from Bill G. and when I look to purchase car number 3 I know where to go without hesitation. My husband and I purchased our Jeep Renegade from Stetler about a week ago. We love our car!! Our experience at Stetler was an easy one. We had a couple of issues that we are still waiting to be resolved. There was no manual in the glove box and when I called to question this I was asked “how important is it really to you??”. Another issue was the missing key to open the my sky roof. You can’t remove the roof without this key so it’s pretty important!! I want to thank the gentlemen at Stetler for helping my wife get me an early Christmas gift. They went above and beyond to help her and not once were they pushy. I watched everything unfold as my wife went through a stressful first time car experience. We drove away in a 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude smiling. I wish we could put pics on the sight with the new cars and smiling customers. Thank You again for a great experience.
