I took my Jeep in for an oil change this morning. It was the first time I went there for service. There was an issue, but I was very impressed with the way they handled it. I appreciate and value their honesty and values. I will definitely go back. Thank you Service Department.
Stetler always provides fast service done in a timely fashion
Had my recall service completed this week. Was right in time and completed just when they said it would be. Comfortable waiting area was appreciated.
While I appreciate the service group getting me in for service at last minute but please if you say 1 hour and the customer makes a decision to wait then at least give them a heads up that it might be longer. Three hours later and still here! I would have either rented a car, uber it home or had someone pick me up!
They are very nice and service was great. I would recommend them to friends and family.
