We had an unfortunate incident with the transmission in my 200 but Chrysler and the Stetler Team did an incredible job making it right again! Stephanie, what can I say, she is AMAZING! Professional, listened to my concerns, had me in a rental in no time and kept me informed throughout the whole process (which was just a little over 2 weeks). Love our new Jeep compass, really is a smooth ride and my husband loves driving this new Jeep. Traded our Dodge Avenger in for this. Bought a Dodge Magnum years ago and still have it, wish they still made them, love this car also!. The salesman at Stetler was very helpful, very nice and no pressure and had knowledge of this product.
The sales team is very friendly in a no-pressure place. We worked with Jonathan Heim, and he was wonderful! Jonathan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. However, a little consideration from the "Finance Guy" would have helped. Next time, start with the real price (as opposed to what's online) and payments. That would have saved our kids 3 hours of boredom, a really exciting and fun test drive, and a very disappointing 120 mile ride home. $25,749 does not equal $37,500.
