I went to Stetler with a Jeep in mind that I had seen online. I was uptight about the whole car buying process because I knew my credit wasn’t the greatest but I was in need of a more dependable vehicle. We were met on the lot by Andrew. If I can give 10 Stars I would!! Came in yesterday with the thought I wasn’t going get a vehicle.. I’m 20 years old no credit. Found a wonderful 2016 Jeep Patriot I fell in love with. Tom came out and was talking my mom and I. Very nice guy. We did some paper work, test drove it. HE GOT ME MY FIRST EVER VEHICLE!! I walked off the lot yesterday driving away happy as can be!! Tony Poulin in Service is super nice. He helped me when I was having car trouble with my 2015 Jeep Compass last year and Jonathan Papu was super friendly and nice when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation!!
Unfortunatley for us, I just purchased a Cadillac SRX on March 9, 2018...and I have had it in Stetler garage 2/4 days I have owned it. The car continues to throw out messages that there are things wrong with it.
I have been going to Stetler’s for 5 years the service has been great I just took my 2017 Ram in for oil and tire rotation I truly believe the rotation was not completed the air pressure was the same when I asked about it the person who was to preform the task said he did do it. Here is the funny I have chrome wheels and you can see they were never touched but he was never going to admit he didn’t do the task I will now only have them do oil changes and hope the engine survives
