My recent trip to Stetler to get my Ram 1500 inspected was very pleasant, everyone was very friendly and I was immediately checked in. The inspection was completed quickly and efficiently and I was pleasantly suprised when I found the truck had been washed. Thank You!
Bought five oil changes, used one, now I can’t use the other four because it’s not that same vehicle. Didn’t buy the oil changes for a specific vehicle, though.... When I went in to ask for assistance, both people working close to the front desk just told me I was out of luck. They didn’t even offer to help. I mean, the new car I need the oil change for is half the engine size and oil needed... They still would have profited but instead turned away a loyal customer.
I had an issue with my 2016 Cherokee on route 30, made a call to Stetlers Service Dept. along side the road . I talked with John Papu he told me to bring it in they would fit me in as soon as possible. I made a u turn arrived around 3:50 John was there to meet me. Stetler Service Dept. had my problem repaired ,oil change tires rotated, Cherokee washed and back on the road by 5:15 !! Those guys saved my Weekend it was a Friday afternoon. Fantastic Service
Very friendly sales staff however, the service department and management is very unprofessional.
I was warned before I bought my truck there I should have listen should have went to Wrightsville instead don't recommend them
