Actually diagnose a problem, not just shotgun easy parts at it. clueless shop foreman didn't even remember the vehicle, shows how many F's he gives. wanna judge me cause of my lack of uniform, yeah well we have a relaxed atmosphere where we actually work, not put on some show for your clueless custy's.
