Made an appointment for our Durango to get inspection done. Was done quicker then their estimated time, friendly staff, reasonable price! Our salesperson, Andrew, is amazing! Picked our vehicle, he did all the paperwork. We went back to sign and pick up. In and out with a few pointers on setup within an hours time. 😀
Don’t do it!! Staff was very polite and very quick to answer any questions before the vehicle was purchased, once I signed paperwork and was out the door I had a few problems I wanted to address and the staff really didn’t want to have anything to do with it and pushed it off onto someone else or another dealership! Save the headache and go somewhere else.
Staff was polite. Don’t expect to get a fair value on a trade. I attempted to trade my 2017 Toyota TRD Off-Road with 15 thousand miles and they offer me 26 thousand! What a joke! Won’t waist my time going here again.
Took our Jeep in 8/1 for some recalls and inspection.....got it back and noticed as soon as we backed her in the garage 3 fresh nicks/slight dent on the hood. Boyfriend called them and reported it and then took back to have pictures taken....he also emailed the service rep and his response was total denial..... this jeep gets totally babied....washed weekly and very well kept....they were very obvious and noticeable fresh marks.
Neat and clean appearance, friendly staff, quick service, competitive prices, comfortable waiting room and a free car wash. You guys are awesome!
I have never had any interaction with this dealership. Now they are hounding me to do a review on the service they did on my Chrysler 200. They did not fix my car.
Great sales team, vehicle selection and service.
Went through the Express lane for an oil change. It took an hour 35 minutes. Not exactly ‘express’. A free car wash doesn’t make up for my time. Not happy with today’s visit.
