I bought a 2019 Wrangler from Stetler in August with a few aftermarket items that they put on for me (lift, bigger tires, wheels, and side steps). After the Jeep was finished, one of the first questions asked was if it would pass inspection due to the tires sticking out a little. The salesman assured me that there would absolutely be NO PROBLEM if you bring it back here. I recently traveled an hour and a half for service and inspection only for Stetler to not pass my Jeep because of the tires. Poor salesmanship in my opinion... read more

RecommendedI had an issue with a light being on in my car and my car being dead in my garage. Stettler 's crew came right over to help and even delivered and placed a battery in my car for me at the dealer. I will buy my cars from them based on the fact that they really care about their customers. The manager Richard was so understanding and Tony from the sales team. I will be getting my next car here. if there were 100 stars that's what I would rate this place at. They basically saved me so much trouble and helped so much
