RecommendedHad inspection and oil change, no issues
Multiple poor experiences with service.. they tell you to just bring it in, you do, then rudely told they can’t help you. Make an appointment they tell you when you will be done and no problem then when that time comes tells you that’s impossible. Never very nice.. always rude. Guess once they get your money for your brand new vehicle you mean nothing.

I enjoyed your process of purchasing a Jeep. Their sales staff were great, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Their garage staff on the other hand... I was disappointed and quite frankly a little angry! I had scheduled a yearly inspection with tire rotation and a few other things that were supposed to be free of charge as I’m supposed to get free inspections. Your garage staff and secretary changed my oil WITHOUT my consent, assumed I use synthetic oil, and charged me for it. My Jeep did NOT need an oil change. Your secre... read more
