Bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty as recommended by the sales team. Radio was replaced under warranty and one year later the backup camera quit working. Had to pay a diagnostic fee and was told the camera was not covered under the warranty but can be replaced for $400. Be careful of those extended warranties, read the fine print and know that most do not cover the camera when it blows!
Took my Ram in for routine oil change, they took care of two minor recalls at the same time that I wasn’t aware of. Good service!
