I'm from NC. my van was towed to Stetler.I was told they would try to work it in that day (Thursday ) because I was from out of state .Friday at 4:00 that got my van into their shop.They close at 5:00 ,the mechanic that was working on my van was off Saturday and closed Sunday! So after renting a car for two days and.paying two extra nights hotel room.and to keep from becoming a Pennsylvania resident my husband drove from NC to tow my van back to NC.
