Awesome staff and a fair price on what they offer
First I called the Jeep dealer I purchased my Jeep from and they couldn’t get me in for three weeks. Stetler was able to get me in the next day. They not only fixed the two problems I brought it in for, but since they were already replacing one axel seal, they replaced them both. Now both seals are new. They had my Jeep fixed and back to me much sooner than I expected. Very professional operation. I will definitely be calling them first from now on.

Excellent service...the quick oil change was delivered as promised!
I asked the service advisor to tell the mechanic to please wipe all oil from the tray under the filter and to make sure the filter is tight. In the past, I have had oil leak on my garage floor from both issues. The mechanic apparently ignored my request. Same old problem, oil on garage floor, oil on tray, and loose filter. In addition, the mechanic didn’t even reset the “Oil Change Required” setting.
We took our Wrangler in just before the warranty was up. I had a feeling the lifters were going out & sure enough they were. They took care of it no questions asked. Very pleased with the service dept. This was our 1st time using the service dept also.
Excellent sales people and great customer service.
